More Hexia. I found this place while taking our cat out for a walk and just knew I had to come back here. Unfortunately, it was kind of dark today and I couldn’t really take advantage of the really pretty stream at the location, but maybe some other time. There was this pond-like area in it that looked like a siren could live in it (ideas, so many ideas). It was really small (doll size) and yet very deep. At first glance I thought the water would be up to my hips, but I tested it with a long branch and the bottom was so soft that I would’ve sunk in it chest deep. It was really quite magical and yet a little bit creepy. I will definitely take advantage of the location again. Towards the end some old dude came to the area and instead of using the ready made path, he decided it would be better to walk on the forest side and he was making a ton of noice stepping on branches all over the place. It was just weird.
This isn’t quite a proper photo story, although I filled the spaces with text, but it isn’t quite a shoot either. So, yeah. Anyone interested enough can read it and the rest can just look at the (slightly repetitive) photos.
Era was definitely a being of light. Any way you looked at it, she belonged out there in the brightness. Even when the sun wasn’t out, she seemed to have a glowing aura around her.
For once I took themed photos. Easter is on the agenda this time. I planned on doing some tiny!Himeno in the nest photos among others, but I already took the nest photos a few weeks ago because I wanted to try it. And the others I can’t really do without mizya, so… I made a random Easter story.
Himeno wants the nest for herself but runs into some… obstacles.
(Ea is afraid of round objects, thus the poking of the eggs to make sure they’re not completely spherical)
^ This is from a while ago, but the story below is from today. :3 Continue reading
I’m (really slowly) working on a new outfit for Iria. I never even had a proper shoot in her original one, but oh well. I’ve had the design and some of the patterns done for months already and I even made one piece of it some time ago, but I have a hard time deciding which fabrics to use for the rest of it. That and I keep getting distracted: like yesterday, I was going to start cutting the fabrics. I took them all out and everything. And then I found nice leggins fabrics from by pile and instead, cut like 15 pairs of leggins (SD16/DDdy, SD & MSD size). Lol. =__=;; The sales coats are still in the works too. Oh, and last night I dug out an old silk dress I made 4 years ago, pretty much cut off the back and started making a new back hem to make it nicer and useable for Prisca.
And let’s not even speak of the SG corset I started last year, the shirts I cut for Null at the same time and another SD silk dress I cut a year ago. I have too much unfinished stuff. Though, right now I really wanna do something nice for my own dolls. ♥
Anyway, finally managed to finish this story.
The summer was coming to an end. The trees were dropping their leaves in the wind and amidst them, a lonely figure limped in the forest.
At times the woman had thought she felt something in the woods but calling out to it had brought her no answers. Must’ve been an animal.
Ohoho, a little story activity here! This is a collaboration between mizya and I (and Azones and BJDs, thus it’s in both categories). I visited Mizy and brought her a new cafe floor, then quickly made a superb mop from our combined supplies… and then we got to it. I had Rise and Muu with me. Everyone else belongs to Mizya and so does most of Rise’s outfit because I don’t have anything new for her. We’d planned most of the story beforehand and the unplanned parts were mostly a collaborated effort. I posed and photographed the dolls & Mizya helped behind the scenes. I also edited the photos, but she added the Japanese/English commentary to the story. x3
The Muu/Sethos silly story that is inbetween the other photos belongs in a series were doing together, and the previous parts are as follows:
1) Events 2) Love Letter 3) Pig 4) An Apology 5) Saving the Princess 6) Summer Love 7) Helper
8) How to Impress the Ladies: Part 1: Intellect 9) How to Impress the Ladies: Part 2: Baking talents
Be warned, there are a TON of photos. You can also jump straight to the story part here.
Okay, so so so sorry these are horrid flash photos. I had no other choice and then I had to quit before I was even done because my flash ran out of batteries. And though I used every battery I could get my hands on, I wasn’t able to get more than a few extra shots. But I got most of what I wanted covered, so I guess it’s okay. Still sorry about the horrid quality. I wasn’t able to give Yami the expressions she needed because there were no proper shadows to play with. Stupid weather. I shot this a few weeks ago but didn’t really have the energy to write it up before now.
The Spider’s Lair was surprisingly cozy and glamorous. It even smelled nice and flowery.
Somnion had been expecting something dark and dank.
Okay, this took me a side of forever, but it’s finally done. Not entirely happy with it but I just don’t care anymore. x_x
Shall we get to it?” The demon inquired.
Mizya visited and directed a mini story. xD
Oookay, let’s introduce Maramayami in a story. >:3 I’ve planned this ages ago already but I was waiting for a day with proper sunshine.
The lair was dimly lit with a few scented candles burning a surprisingly flowery scent into the air.
The Spider was there and she was everything she was described as and more.
The woods were once again full of the bustle of birds, squirrying to build their nests and gather food for the winter.
Kilbas heard the rustle of mammals doing the same, but they all dissappeared deeper as they felt him approach.
The Hunter was still in a foul mood and it was seething off of him like a dark aura.
Okay, Finally. This only took me 4-5 months, but oh well. It still worked out because I was never planning on doing a straight continuation. And time isn’t really of importance to these guys. xD
Now I can slowly do other stories… and Mizya already gave me an idea for one and told me to do it. Thanks.
Somnion could still feel traces of the magics performed here, although months had passed.
But that wasn’t all: faint memories of strong feeling were also left behind. He could feel the pain, the sadness and the anger that had come to pass in this place.
Part 2: Baking talents
(Part 1 here and previous Sethos&Muu stories viewable here under the mixed size topic.)
Seth belongs to mizya.
Part two. Only epilogue left from this (Llyr & Tanith’s) storyline.
Llyr managed to catch the Huntress as she staggered backwards and her knees gave out.
“Tanith! Wait, I’ll heal you—”
Alright… we’re finally at the end of a chapter. Ending part one. I couldn’t have done this without help from mizya. She helped me drag everyone and my tools to the forest, helped me with the poses so that I didn’t have to worry about the dolls falling while I was shooting, and assisted with certain key shots and the super fabulous (right) battle. :D Thanks to her I managed to wrap this up (including the coming part2) in just about 2,5 hours. It cost us some finger freezing and a total toe freeze… twice. But I think it was worth it. Don’t know about anyone else, though. Comments would be greatly appreciated. :D
This was finally the moment. But neither of them had expected it to come this way.
The Hunter was alone.
No army, not even another soldier anywhere. Llyr had scanned the area thoroughly with his eyes that penetrated everything, and had seen no demons in hiding.
They were back, with great anticipation in the air. The pair had trained and rested plenty, and now the fragment dimension created by Llyr had vanished.
Their only choices were to either run or stay and stand their ground against the Clan.
It was strange to be back. The air and the scents were different. As were the sounds.
This reality was much clearer, while the fragment had been musty and almost smothering with all the magic in the air. Here Tanith could breathe freely

And the new story:
The winter had been much of the same; quiet.
This day was more of the same. The forest was alive with sounds and yet it was dead quiet. No sound that didn’t belong existed.
